Charitable objects
PROPOSED NEW WORDING THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF WIRRAL ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION AND THE LOCAL INHABITANTS IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF MENTORING, GUIDANCE, COURSES, PEER SUPPORT AND ALL OTHER SIMILAR PROVISION. B) TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND ENHANCE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING OF PERSONS WHO ARE UNDER STRESS AS A RESULT OF STRUGGLING (THROUGH THE EFFECTS OF POVERTY, POOR HOUSING OR SIMILAR FACTORS) AND TO ENABLE THEM TO COPE BETTER AND HELP CHILDREN FLOURISH WHATEVER THEIR NEEDS. C) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGED PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FAMILIES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES BY PROVIDING AND PROMOTING THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND OTHER SERVICES.
