3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC (BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN) IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES OR ELSEWHERE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES MATERIALS AND TRAINING.
