THE PROMOTION OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR, THE ESTABLISHMENT OR OPERATION OF A YOUTH CLUB OR YOUTH CENTRE ASSOCIATED WITH OR AFFILIATED TO THE ST ALBANS MASORTI SYNAGOGUE (¶THE SYNAGOGUE÷) AND THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, RESOURCES, RECREATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES FOR JEWISH YOUNG PEOPLE SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL CAPACITIES AND PREPARE THEM FOR ADULT LIFE AND TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MEMORANDUM.
