The Trust operates within Nottinghamshire and has a particularly strong geographical focus in the Rushcliffe Borough. There are five projects currently operated by the Trust; Forget Me Notts (helping dementia sufferers and carers), Positive Futures (supporting young people), YouNG (focussing on employability skills), Healthy Hearts (primary school programme) and Ready4Work (employability).

ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE INHABITANTS OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND THE CITY OF NOTTINGHAM: THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF SERVICE USERS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL COHESION, REDUCING SOCIAL ISOLATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
