A TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VALE AND DOWNLAND AREA THE EXISTING MUSEUM OWNED BY THE VALE AND DOWNLAND MUSEUM TRUST OR ANY SUCCESSOR MUSEUM AND THEREBY TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AND B TO TAKE OVER ALL THE ASSETS AND UNDERTAKING OF THE VALE AND DOWNLAND MUSEUM TRUST
