3.1 PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF ASSISTING YOUNG PEOPLE TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; 3.2 THE PROVISION OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES WHO WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROVISION FOR YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
