(II) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE UK BY PROVIDING: GRANTS OR LOANS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
