A TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF SMETHWICK AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID RESIDENTS B TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SMETHWICK AND SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCALLY BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES C TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS OF SMETHWICK AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, EDUCATION, SKILLS WORKSHOPS, TRAINING AND ADVICE IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS, THE ORGANISATION WILL ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTRE AND MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (D) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH BY ESTABLISHING A PLACE OF WORSHIP; ORGANISING RELIGIOUS SERVICES, FESTIVALS AND EDUCATION
