Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME OF IT ON TRUST TO PAY AND
APPLY THE SAME AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR ALL OR ANY
OF THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES, NAMELY
(A) TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND
RECONSTRUCT THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH, ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS,
FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS OF OR IN THE
CHURCH AND ALSO THE CHURCHYARD SURROUNDING THE CHURCH (WHETHER OR
NOT THE SAID CHURCHYARD IS CONTROLLED OR MANAGED BY THE PAROCHIAL
CHURCH COUNCIL);
