Activities - how the charity spends its money

Eastbourne Area Riding for the Disabled Group aims to provide the opportunity for young people with disabilies living within the Eastbourne area to take part in horse riding. The group is able to take riders from 4-16 years of age. Riding helps to improve self confidence, self esteem, independence and general quality of life. The physical benefits are enormous reproducing normal movement.
