I) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ORTHODOX JEWISH EDUCATION PRIMARILY BY ESTABLISHING MANAGING AND MAINTAINING A TALMUDICAL COLLEGE IN LOWER BROUGHTON MANCHESTER II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF BOTH IN-HOUSE AND OUTWARD-BOUND TRAINING AND LIFE-SKILLS COURSES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN FIRST AID, COMMUNICATIONS SKILL, LIFE-SAVING, OUTDOOR PURSUITS AND SUCH OTHER RECREATIONAL AND LEASURE-TIME ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, WITH THE OBJECT OF DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY AND CAPABILITIES OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ASSISTING THEM TO GROW TO FULL MATURITY AND PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
