(I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF BESPOKE HAND SEWN TAILORING SKILLS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PROMOTION OF INDIVIDUAL LEARNERS TO BECOME MASTER TAILORS, AND
(II) TO PROVIDE APPRENTICESHIPS AND SUPERVISED PLACEMENTS OF INDIVIDUAL LEARNERS TO
STRENGTHEN AND ADVANCE THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND
UNDERSTANDING OF MANUFACTURED SEWN PRODUCTS.
