OUR OVERARCHING AIM IS TO ESTABLISH BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AS THE HAPPIEST COUNTY IN THE UK.

Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING TO ADVANCE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITIES AND NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT OR ADVICE OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE DIRECTORS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. "NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS" ARE INDEPENDENT ORGANISATIONS WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED FOR PURPOSES THAT ADD VALUE TO THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, OR A SIGNIFICANT SECTION OF THE COMMUNITY, AND WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED BY THEIR CONSTITUTION TO MAKE A PROFIT FOR PRIVATE DISTRIBUTION.
