Promotes good horticultural practice in and around Oakham. A pool of volunteers undertake horticultural projects in public spaces in the Town. Gives advice and help to schools and other community groups on gardening clubs etc. Leads the Towns entry in to the regional In Bloom competitions as well as the national In Bloom campaign organised by the Royal Horticultural Society
