Street Pastors patrol town centres providing help & assistance to people who are suffering the effects of over consumption of alcohol; are at risk of violence; feel unsafe or just value the extra feeling of safety from having volunteer Street Pastors around. School Pastors provide uniformed patrols around local schools. Their role is to provide support to students and a positive adult presence.

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: 1) TO PROMOTE WITHIN THE ISLE OF WIGHT THE PROTECTION, SAFETY & EDUCATION OF ALL PEOPLE, REGARDLESS OF THEIR GENDER, RACE, RELIGION, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, PHYSICAL OR OTHER DISABILITY OR AGE AND PARTICULARLY PEOPLE CONGREGATING ON THE STREETS & IN PUBLIC PLACES AT NIGHT TIME, IN ORDER TO DISCOURAGE AND MITIGATE ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND THE COMMISSIONING OF CRIMINAL ACTS. 2) TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ALL PEOPLE AT RISK, BUT PARTICULARLY PEOPLE ON THE STREETS AND IN PUBLIC PLACES, WHO ARE AT RISK BY REASON OF INEBRIATION OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS DUE TO SUBSTANCE MISUSE, BY THE OFFERING OF GUIDANCE, SUPPORT, PROTECTION AND, AS APPROPRIATE, BY REFERRAL TO RELEVANTLY SKILLED SPECIALIST AGENCIES. 3) TO ADVANCE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY MEANS OF OFFERING CARE, COMPASSION AND RELEVANT PRACTICAL AND SPIRITUAL HELP WHERE POSSIBLE OR APPROPRIATE.
