1. THE ESTABLISHMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, ADMINISTRATION AND PROMOTION OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE TERIARY STUDIES, AND
2. SUPPORTING SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS TO SUCCEED IN THEIR CHOSEN STUDIES.
