1) TO PROVIDE FOR THE CARE OF CHILDREN AGED 3 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS WHO SUFFER FROM SERIOUS ILLNESS OR OTHER COMPLEX MEDICAL CONDITIONS IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A DAY NURSERY AND DAY CARE FOR THEIR CHILDREN. 2) TO PROVIDE FOR RELIEF OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF CHILDREN MENTIONED ABOVE BY PROVIDING RESPITE FOR THEM AND CARE FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
