Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE ACADEMIC OR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 10 AND 25 YEARS WHO ARE BLIND OR PARTIALLY-SIGHTED AND WHO ARE PERMANENTLY RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WILL BE THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD FEES FOR SUCH EDUCATION AND WHO ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE TO THE TRUSTEES (WHOSE DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL) THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROCURE STATE FUNDING FOR THIS PURPOSE.
