TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF OFFENDERS, EX-OFFENDERS AND PRISON INMATES (THE "OFFENDERS") AND THEIR FAMILIES BY ASSISTING THE OFFENDERS IN OBTAINING THE SKILLS NEEDED TO REINTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY AND BY CARRYING OUT OTHER RELEVANT ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE THIS WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN LAW.
