(1) THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS GENERALLY IN PARTICULAR AMONGST THE COMMUNITY AND RESIDENTS LIVING IN THE BOROUGHS OF LEWISHAM, GREENWICH AND SOUTHWARK, WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON RESIDENTS IN THE DEPTFORD AREA, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY THE PROVISION OF COHESIVE COMMUNITY ARTS EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES. (2) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COHESIVE COMMUNITY ARTS EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM-TO INTEGRATE AND CONTRIBUTE INTO MAINSTREAM INTO SOCIETY.
