Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF MOZAMBIQUE, THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING) IN ANY DISCIPLINE; (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH; (C) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILL-HEALTH AND DISABILITY; (D) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; (E) THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INHABITANTS OF MOZAMBIQUE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE BOTH TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT AND TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS; (F) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BY THE PROMOTION OF BEST PRACTICE IN AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK FARMING; (G) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY (INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE STATUS AND RIGHTS OF WOMEN DISADVANTAGED BY REASON OF THEIR SEX); AND (H) SUCH OTHER WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE DIRECTORS IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
