Charitable objects

(I) THE NOTTINGHAM COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICE AND SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE COUNCIL AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AND (II) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS (WHETHER OR NOT CONNECTED WITH THE COUNCIL) AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN LIKE MANNER DETERMINE SUCH AS TO HELP OTHER VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS WORING TO ASSIST IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAM THE SICK INJURED DISABLED THE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANICAPPED THE YOUNG AGED POOR LONEY HOMELESS ILL-HOUSED OR INADEQUATE.
