Activities - how the charity spends its money
Referrals are received from Police and Housing Associations for low level offences. Restorative conferencing is used to resolve issues. These conferences are carried out by fully trained volunteers ,training provided through International Institute for Restorative Practice .Volunteers are the hub of the organisation and fully trained in Restorative Practices

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE TO PROMOTE RESTORATIVE JUSTICE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS A MEANS OF RESOLVING CONFLICT AND PROMOTING RECONCILIATION BY (A) PROMOTING THE USE OF RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, IN SCHOOLS, IN THE WORKPLACE AND ELSEWHERE IN THE COMMUNITY IN SITUATIONS WHERE CONFLICT MAY ARISE; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ON RESTORATIVE JUSTICE AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH. "RESTORATIVE JUSTICE" IS A PROCESS WHEREBY (A) ALL THE PARTIES WITH A STAKE IN A PARTICULAR CONFLICT OR OFFENCE COME TOGETHER TO RESOLVE COLLECTIVELY HOW TO DEAL WITH THE AFTERMATH OF THE CONFLICT OR OFFENCE AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE FUTURE, AND (B) OFFENDERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMPACT OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND TO MAKE REPARATION, AND (C) VICTIMS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THEIR HARM OR LOSS ACKNOWLEDGED AND AMENDS MADE.
