THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE OBJECTS) ARE: (1) TO RELIEVE THE EFFECTS OF DROUGHT AND FAMINE IN KENYA AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT; (2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS IN KENYA AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING BY ASSISTING WITH THEIR EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT; (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN KENYA
