Charitable objects
A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF A LENDING LIBRARY SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF CHALFONT ST PETER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
B) TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF SEX, AGE, DISABILITY OR SIMILAR CONSIDERATIONS.
C) TO SECURE THE CO-ORDINATION OF STAFFING, WHETHER PAID OR VOLUNTARY TO ENABLE OBJECT (A).
