Charitable objects
THE COMPANY'S OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO 3.1 3.1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION; 3.1.2 TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES WITHIN THE WEST MIDLANDS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; 3.1.3 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY; AND 3.1.4 THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN RELATION TO FAITH AND INTER-FAITH MATTERS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND 3.2 THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; (B) PROMOTING ACTIVITIES TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS; (C) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
