Charitable objects

(A) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE AND STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE DISTRICT OF BOWDON IN THE BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD OR OTHER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY IN CONTROL OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHICH IS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT". (B) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT AREAS.
