Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE GUIDE DOGS FOR THE USE BY ANY BLIND PERSON PERMANENTLY RESIDING WITHIN A RADIUS OF TEN MILES OF THE PARISH CHURCH AT MEASHAM. FOR ANY REASON WHATEVER ANY SUCH BLIND PERSON SHALL NOT REQUIRE A GUIDE DOG THEN A SUM EQUAL AT THAT TIME OF PROVIDING A GUIDE DOG SHALL BE PAID TO SUCH BLIND PERSON OR TO THE PERSON HAVING THE CARE OF SUCH BLIND PERSON FOR THE BENEFT OF SUCH BLIND PERSON.
