Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC:- 1.1.1 SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER TWENTY ONE YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AND OF THE POOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED AND THE MENTALLY DISABLED AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE 1.1.2 THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE CLASSES OF PERSONS MENTIONED IN SUB-CLAUSE 1.1.1 ABOVE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS IN LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE POVERTY SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR THEIR MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES 1.1.3 FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE
