TO PROMOTE HEALTH, WELLBEING, LIFE SKILLS AND SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ALL CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5 AND 25, ESPECIALLY THOSE AT RISK OF BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO HAVE BECOME SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, COACHING AND OUTREACH SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS, CONFIDENCE AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
