THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WORKING IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE, IN METHODS AND SKILLS TO IMPROVE PATIENT AND SERVICE USER'S CARE EXPERIENCE AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL AREAS OF THAT SUBJECT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE OUTCOMES FOR PATIENTS, SERVICE USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS.
