Charitable objects
4. THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘OBJECTS’) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT (2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE ARTS AND DIFFERENT CULTURES AND HERITAGE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT (3) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) BUILDING INTERCULTURAL PROGRAMME(S) ACROSS ART FORMS THAT INSPIRE, MOTIVATE AND ATTRACT THE WIDEST SPECTRUM OF VISITORS AND PARTICIPANTS TO THE EVENTS. B) HOSTING CULTURALLY SPECIFIC FESTIVALS AND EVENTS THAT PROFILE DIVERSITY AND THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES, THROUGH PROGRAMMES LIKE LET’S DANCE, MIDNIGHT MERMAID, FOLLOW THE LIGHT AND BLACK HISTORY MONTH. C) INITIATING A NETWORK FOR MINORITY ETHNIC LED ORGANISATIONS TO ASSIST IN RAISING THE PROFILE OF WORK FROM THE SECTOR. D) PROMOTING PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN THE ARTS.
