IN THESE ARTICLES 'VOLUNTARY SECTOR' MEANS CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY, COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISE ORGANISATIONS WHICH EXIST FOR PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT PURPOSES AND WHOSE CONSTITUTIONS PROHIBIT THE DISTRIBUTION OF SURPLUS ASSETS TO MEMBERS.
