ABC PROVIDES PERSONAL AND ON-GOING SUPPORT VIA ITS NATIONAL HELPLINES AND BEFRIENDING SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES; ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF THOSE AFFECTED AND DELIVERS TRAINING TO PROFESSIONALS.

TO OFFER RELIEF TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM ANOREXIA, BULIMIA OR OTHER EATING DISORDERS AND/OR THOSE WHO ASSIST AND CARE FOR SUFFERERS OF SUCH EATING DISORDERS ANYWHERE WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH OFFERING ENCOURAGEMENT, ASSISTANCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND ADVICE TO PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM AN EATING DISORDER AND/OR THOSE WHO CARE FOR SUFFERERS OR AN EATING DISORDER, CARRYING OUT PREVENTATIVE EDUCATION TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, CARRYING OUT RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES OF ANOREXIA, BULIMIA AND OTHER EATING DISORDERS, INVESTIGATING POTENTIAL TREATMENT AND/OR CURES FOR EATING DISORDERS AND THE PUBLICATION OF ANY RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATIONS CARRIED OUT THROUGH OUR WORK.
