B) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO LEARN SKILLS RELATING TO HORSE RIDING, CARRIAGE DRIVING AND HORTICULTURE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND VOLUNTEERS.
