TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE WILTSHIRE AREA WHO HAVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL OR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT NEEDS AND TO ENABLE THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN SOCIETY THROUGH UNIQUE FAMILY-BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES USING A SYSTEM KNOWN AS PORTAGE HOME TEACHING.
