To also rent out a small number of car parking spaces in the restored gardens which are not allocated to tenants at a commercially viable rate, the benefits of which are used to maintain the house.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: 3.1 THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATLINGTON HOUSE FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF READING, BERKSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR: 3.1.1 MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND 3.1.2 OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. 3.2 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF WATLINGTON HOUSE, READING, A GRADE II LISTED BUILDING.
