TO ADVANCE THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH IN THE OBSERVANCE OF THE SABBATH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH:
1) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ERUV; AND
2) THE PROMOTION OF AN UNDERSTANDING OF JEWISH CUSTOM AND PRACTICE ON THE JEWISH SABBATH THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ERUV AND PROMOTING ITS BENEFITS TO THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
