THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR THE ELDERLY WHO ARE IN NEED AND WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH OF BUNGAY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND SUCH ASSOCIATION AMENITIES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DEEM FIT AND TO USE THE SURPLUS INCOME ARISING FROM THE NON ALMSHOUSE ASSETS FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TOWN OF BUNGAY.
