Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Trust supports the work of Kingswood Meeting House by making the Grade 2 Listed Chapel and Schoolroom available for their use and providing grant funding to assist with ministry and other running costs including living accommodation. The Trust maintains the buildings, adjoining graveyard and grounds. The Chapel is open without discrimination to all members of the public.

Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 3.1.1 THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A CHAPEL AND BURIAL GROUND FOR USE FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF UNITARIANISM AS DEFINED IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF UNITARIAN AND FREE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES; 3.1.2 TO ASSIST IN THE PAYMENT OF THE STIPEND OF THE MINISTER AND/OR THE ASSISTANT MINISTER AND ANY RELATED EXPENSES OF SUCH OFFICE; 3.1.3 TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR THE MINISTER AND/OR THE ASSISTANT MINISTER; AND 3.1.4 TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CONGREGATION. 3.2 IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CIO CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECTS SET OUT AT CLAUSE 3.1, IT MAY BE APPLIED IN FURTHERING THE OBJECTS OF THE MIDLAND UNION OF UNITARIAN AND FREE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 500925) OR THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF UNITARIAN AND FREE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 250788).
