Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Trust supports the advancement of education at King Edward VI High School for Girls in Birmingham in such ways as the Trustees see fit, but in particular by providing funds for Assisted Places (bursaries) to talented girls on the basis of financial need to enable them to attend the School. The Trust mainly seeks support from alumnae, parents and former parents, companies and charitable trusts.

FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT KING EDWARD VI HIGH SCHOOL FOR GIRLS BIRMINGHAM ("THE SCHOOL") IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY AWARDING TO PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, ASSISTED PLACES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS ON THE BASIS OF FINANCIAL NEED TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.
