THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH GRANT FUNDING TO PROGRAMMES AND ORGANISATIONS ASSISTING DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE FIND EMPLOYMENT. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE “DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE” INCLUDES – THE RECENTLY HOMES OR VULNERABLY HOUSED; 16-24 YEAR OLDS NOT IN EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION OR TRAINING AND EX-OFFENDERS.
