THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY;
1. A BIENNIAL AWARDS CEREMONY THAT RECOGNISES AND CELEBRATES THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN WALES FROM AN ETHNIC MINORITY BACKGROUND WHO HAVE MADE A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.
2. CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
