THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PEPARE, PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE IN LLANELLI AND DISTRICT A NEWSPAPER RECORDED ON TAPEFOR THE USE OF THE BLIND, PARTIALLY SIGHTED AND OTHERS SUFFERING FROM A PHYSICAL HANDICAP WHICH MAKES NORMAL READING DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE.
