THE PROVISION OF GIFTS EACH NEW YEAR TO SUCH MEMBER OR MEMBERS OF THE MOORE METHODIST CHURCH AND CONGREGATION AS SHALL BE DEEMED DESERVING OR IN NEED OF SUCH HELP OR FAILING THIS PURPOSE FOR SUCH OTHER SIMILAR PURPOSE AS THE MINISTER IN CHARGE OF THE MOORE METHODIST CHURCH, THE TRUST TREASURER AND THE SENIOR SOCIETY STEWARD OF THE SAID CHURCH SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.
