Charitable objects
The objects of the charity are, for the public benefit, the relief of those individuals who are in need by reason of age, disability, poverty or ill-health by the provision of: (a) accommodation in residential care facilities, sheltered, leasehold or rental accommodation (including associated facilities); (b) financial assistance by way of grant; and/or (c) such other services or assistance as the Trustees may from time to time think fit. In carrying out these objects, the Trustees shall take reasonable steps to give preference to individuals who are Freemasons (or individuals who have at any point been the spouse, civil partner, child or other dependant of a Freemason).
