FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OVER THE AGE OF 18, IN PARTICULAR WITHIN THE AREA OF THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO THOSE PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE AND TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND INCLUSION WITHIN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY.
