TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN BRADFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A RANGE OF CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES AND TRAINING IN NEW SKILLS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROCESSING AND COMPUTER SKILLS. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
