TO PROMOTE AID AND FURTHER THE OBJECTS AND WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE PARISH OF LITTLE ASTON IN THE DIOCESE OF LICHFIELD THAT IT TO SAY: (I) THE AUGMENTATION OF THE ENDOWMENT OF THE EXISTING PAROCHIAL ENDOWMENT FUND OF THE CHURCH OF ST. PETER. (II) THE REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE SAID CHURCH AND THE FURNITURE AND ORNAMENTS THEREOF AND ALSO THE BELLS THE ORGAN AND THE LIGHTING SYSTEMS.
