Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS ANYONE OR MORE OF FOLLOWING SPECIFIC CHARITABLE OBJECTS:- (A) TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND THE BIODIVERSITY AND NATURAL HABITAT OF LAND AT KILN HOUSE FARM BOUGH BEECH, EDENBRIDGE, KENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT (B) THE PRESERVATION OF KILN HOUSE FARM AND ITS FEATURES OF ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. (C) THE PROVISION OF HORSE RIDING FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED AND THE TERMINALLY ILL IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH.
